My name is Rebecca Kennedy, and I am the new owner and operator of Johnson's Hearing Centers located in the Daytona Beach location. It can be frustrating as a patient to see new faces, especially your hearing provider, each time you visit the office. My guarantee to you is that when you arrive at the clinic you will be dealing with me and me alone for your hearing healthcare needs. Rest assured that the level of care will be the utmost highest level possible, and I am here to stay and grow with you.
As a hearing aid user myself, I know all too well the struggles that my patients go through on a daily basis. Whether it's the challenges faced in restaurants and crowds, or the difficulty of hearing with friends and family, I have committed myself to assisting patients to the best of my abilities. To that point, not only am I licensed in the state of Florida, but I also achieved my Board Certification to further my education in the art and science of understanding hearing loss and programming hearing aids. My patients are given the tools, through counseling and education, to find best practices to be successful communicators and reach their potential with hearing aids.
At Johnson's Hearing Centers, there will never be a "one size fits all" approach that most hearing aid clinics use. I spend time getting to know my patients and customize treatments that are based on that individual. What does this mean to you? In my past clinics, I consistently had higher satisfaction rates for my patients than my co-workers and others in the industry. As the owner and the hearing provider, you will get that professional one-on-one experience, something that comes from over a decade of working with hearing loss.
