What to Expect at Your First Appointment
When you visit our hearing center, you will be greeted by a front office team member. Our goal is for you to feel comfortable, that’s why we treat every patient like a member of our own family.

When you arrive, we will have you fill out some paperwork which we will go over with you. This gives us a better understanding of your current hearing ability, health, and family history.

Using an otoscope, we will perform an ear exam by looking at your ear canal and eardrum.

After we’ve determined your middle ear looks healthy, then we will begin the hearing exam. You will wear a pair of headphones and listen to a series of sounds at various frequencies.

We will go over your audiogram (the results of your hearing test) with you and answer any questions you may have.

If you would be a good candidate for hearing aids, we will recommend some options.
